Is Coaching therapy?
It is not therapy. Therapy typically focuses on your past history and the asking of "why" questions. Coaching is focused on your future and the asking of "how" questions.

If I decide to work with a Coach, what should I expect?
We will conduct an intake session to clarify your current environment, challenges, and goals. In subsequent sessions, the Coach will use a process of inquiry to support you in recognizing possibilities, creating targeted action steps, eliminating barriers, and taking action.
